District Mission: Upper Valley JVS is dedicated to providing the highest quality and most technologically advanced educational opportunities for students in a professional, caring environment while networking with the communities we serve.

The Upper Valley JVS main campus is located in Piqua, Ohio. In addition to the main campus, there are several Adult Division facilities. Those facilities include:

  • Applied Technology Center - Piqua, Ohio
  • Stouder Center - Troy, Ohio
  • Garbry Conference and Learning Center - Piqua, Ohio

The High School Division serves approximately 800 students in our 29 career-technical programs offered on our main campus. In addition, Upper Valley JVS offers many satellite programs in our 14 associate schools. These satellite programs serve many thousands of students in grades nine through twelve.

Most high school students who attend Upper Valley JVS live in one of the following fourteen associate school districts in Shelby or Miami County including:

  • Anna
  • Ft. Loramie
  • Lehman
  • Bradford
  • Piqua
  • Botkins
  • Houston
  • Russia
  • Covington
  • Troy
  • Fairlawn
  • Jackson Center
  • Sidney
  • Newton

Juniors and seniors from schools outside these associate districts may also attend JVS through open enrollment.

Each year the Adult Division offers the latest high-tech training to many thousands of customers throughout the area. Whether these adults are training for a new career, or simply enhancing their skills to advance in an existing career, time and time again, adults choose Upper Valley JVS for their training needs.
