The UVJVS Leadership Academy - weLead
Companies that invest in leadership development enhance performance, productivity, and retention. The Upper Valley Career Center Human Resource Development Program offers open-enrollment classes and customized training which address specific competencies required for excellent management skills and leadership abilities. Whatever primary competency is introduced, communications is the major focus of every course. weLead is a comprehensive program which allows employers or individuals to focus their effort on the skill development needed to achieve corporate and personal goals.
